I need a good site where I can audition for vocalist jobs??

I've tried so many sites and all have been fruitless efforts. I'm only 13 and they want 18-20 yr olds. HELP!!! I've tried exploretalent.com and so many others, but I wanted to say exploretalent because it's so popular and didn't even come close to working for me......
