  1. ok, for a great workout do these steps, they work trust me

    lay down on your stomach

    count to three and get up and run 20 yards as fast as you can

    when you reach 20 yards dive like you were going to get the ball, and get up as fast as you can and run back to where you started and keep repeating this process untill your sick of it

    wear spandex, long socks and shoes and a bagy t shirt while doing this, you'll se why when you try it

    the best thing to eat before games is something light like a salad, but if you have 4hrs untill your game eat pasta, it gives you energy. But i personally just have a salad


  2. You should do a lot of running and stairs to get in shape. Ya volleyball has little running but its still worth it. Then you should also do plenty of pushups (fingertips are good too) and situps. If you know how to set, do penty of wall sets and also wall hits. Then you need to improve your vertical jump, this would be acheived by doing lots of jump boxes, toe raises, squats, and/or jumping without bending your knees. Mainly it all depends on what postiton you play or want to play. But overall make sure you are in shape and most important strech before you do anything. Good Luck
