Try Dotti's Weight Loss Zone and dietfacts.com I love these two sites. Extremely helpful when it comes to finding the points values for foods.

dotti's weight loss zone is the best site for figuring out a meal's points when dining out. it's a bit tricky to navigate, but if you scroll down about 1/2 the homepage, you'll see the restaurant information.
