  1. Try these:

    http://www.vocabtest.com/

    http://www.apstrategies.org/vocab/indivi...

  2. As Glurpy mentioned - spelling ceases to be a subject in high school. (And it doesn't take much reading in a forum like this to see what a shame that is!)

Anyhow - there are some fun 'improve your vocab and spelling' type websites that you could turn into lessons:

    http://www.sentex.net/~mmcadams/spelling...

    http://www.vocabulary.com/index.html

Some recommended wordlists from dictionary and university sites:

    http://www.houghtonmifflinbooks.com/book...

    http://www.eduplace.com/rdg/hmsv/8/homec...

    http://www.adultspellingbee.com/

You have to sign up here, but there's a pretty extensive bunch of worksheets, etc.:

    http://www.edhelper.com/spelling.htm

There is also a great list of inexpensive books for adult spellers here:

    http://astore.amazon.com/betterspelling-...

    Best of luck!!

  3. Typically spelling isn't a subject covered in high school. You can try this http://highschoolace.com/ace/english.cfm but as you'll see, there isn't much.

Try searching for something like _improve your spelling_ and see what comes up.
