I need a good workout plan!?

~it can't have any specific meal plan; i don't buy my own food

~i can't get to a gym; i don't drive yet :)

~i have a pool, a bike, and i nice place to ride it and run

~i would like to focus on losing some weight.

~ well, a LITTLE diet advice wouldn't hurt...

~i don't have any specific time frame

~not just cardio, some little evercises are great too

  1. First you can run, or ride your bike for at least an hour. And if you want you could swim 10-30 minutes. You can do some exercises,  maybe jumping jacks, sit-ups, pull-ups, and push-ups.

    Almost 50% of teenage girls 'eat too little'

    Many teenage girls who are worried about their weight are not eating enough calories for their age group, a survey out today says.

    Just over a third of 13 to 18-year-old girls are on diets or have dieted recently, the poll found.

    Almost half eat less than 1,200 calories per day, which is below the recommended intake for their age range.

    Only 14 per cent of the teenage boys surveyed admitted to dieting but a quarter consumed fewer than 800 calories per day - as little as one third of their recommended daily amount.

    On average, 60 per cent of the respondents wrongly estimated how many calories an adult woman and man should eat daily.

    According to the Food Standards Agency's "eatwell" website, young men aged 15 to 18 need about 2,755 calories a day while young women in the same age range need about 2,110 calories per day.

  2. have you every read 17 magazine? Each one has tips on what you could eat instead of other unhealthy things. It also has a list of different workout exercises.

    for example, try not to go to fast food places to eat more than 2-3 times a week. Its extremely unhealthy.

    do squats (15)

    lunge walking (15)

    5 girl pushups then 5 weight lifts

    4 girl pushups then 4 weight lifts

    3 and so on

    Swim a few laps in the pool

    do you have a hula hoop? they work nicely. try 5 minutes

    whenever you watch TV, watch standing up (that actually burns calories)

    If you are eating chips, put it in a small bowl instead of eating right out of the bag (doesnt apply to individual packaging)


  3. Well, I think you should ride your bike every day, and jog maybe twice a day. It does work! I lost 3 pounds!

    Eat 4-5 Meals Of 200-250 Calories.

    Run/Jog Each Day For 30-40 Minutes.

    Ride Your Bike For 20 Minutes.

    Go Swimming For 20-30 Minutes.

    You Should Lose 3-4 Pounds A Week!!
