Im jus looking for good workouts im in the gym 6 days a week. i need to split my routines anybody got something good for me.

  1. Don't listen to gunman, if you want to get big and muscular then you need to do A LOT more than push-ups. And it's better and unique to come-up with your own work-out routine. Here's some stuff that might help you out.

    1. Keep in mind triceps, chest and shoulders work together- ALWAYS! So maybe work those out together?

    2. Back and biceps work together, so maybe put those both into one day?

    3. Abs are easy and quick. So, why not just add those to the end of each work-out?

    You have 6 available days to go to the gym, so take advantage of that. This is my routine, though.

    Sunday: Break

    Monday: Chest, Triceps and Shoulders + 20 Minutes Cardiovascular

    Tuesday: Back, Biceps and Abs

    Wednesday: 20 Minutes Cardiovascular

    Thursday: Chest, Triceps and Shoulders

    Friday: Back, Biceps and Abs + 20 Minutes Cardiovascular

    Saturday: Break.
