i need a good workout routine for you chest and abs (especially my abs)

im going to go on creatine and i have football practice 5 day a week so i just need a good workout routine

  2. Just do not do creatine if you are not going to be a professional body builder.

    And just do work out every other day and keep doing cardio every day and eat healthily.

  3. Do not use creatine, you will be disqualified from all high school athletic events if they catch you. Other than that, You're going to want to bench,squat,power clean and leg lift every other day. You're also going to want to run every day. working on distance on the days when you're not lifting and speed when you are lifting. For your abs, just do whatever number of crunches or supermans you can every other night.
