I need a great work out that doesn't take forever and one that is fast but very very effective please help me its so important

I need it dfast because I don't have time to go to the gym or lift weights

  1. -75 PUSHUPS---25 REGULAR. 25 WIDEARM. 25 FINGERUPS(place finger point down and do a regular pushup, VERY HARD!!!)

    -130 SITUPS---25 REGULAR. 25 OPPOSITE LEG. 30 LEGUPS. 30 OPPOSITE LEGUPS. 20 REVERSE CRUNCHES.

    -SIX INCHES---3 MINUTES

    -10 MINUTES DUMBELL LIFTS

    -30 PUSHUPS---10 REGULAR. 10 DIAMOND. 10 FISTS.


  2. Easy, pushups, they work arms/ shoulders/chest and your core.
