  1. Guacamole

    4 ripe Haas avocados

3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)

8 dashes Tabasco sauce, or more to taste

1/2 cup small-diced red onion  (1 small onion)

    1 large garlic clove, minced

    1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 medium tomato, seeded, and small-diced

½ minced seeded jalapeno pepper, optional

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh out of their shells into a large bowl.  Immediately add the lemon juice, Tabasco, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper and toss well. Using a sharp knife, slice through the avocados in the bowl until they are finely diced. Add the tomatoes. Mix well and taste for salt and pepper.

  2. Guacamole is like the simplest thing in the world to make. Take several ripe avocadoes, mash them, add some diced tomato, onion, cilantro, lemon juice and salt.  If you like it hot add some finely chopped fresh serrano peppers. Nothing else else is needed, no pepper, no tabasco, nothing. Trust me, I've lived in Mexico for over 30 years. I should know.

  3. okay this is delicious guacamole i love itttttttt (my mums recipe)

    avocado

    the juice of a lime

    diced tomato

    tiny bit of tobasco

    coriander

    lil bit of salt

  4. You will need an avacado of course. Some Pico De Galo. A Lime or Lime Juice. And Adobo made by Goya.

Smash the avacado. Add the Pico De Galo (to your liking) Add some Adobo (to your liking) then cut the lime in half and squeeze one half over the dip. Then mix it altogether.
