I need a great no bake chocolate chip cookie!

i have oats if that helps and peanut butter! What else besides chocolate chips! I'm craving chocolate chip cookies but it's late at night so i don't want to bake it!

  1. Ingredients:

    4 ounces butter or margarine

    1/2 cup milk

    2 cups sugar

    1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

    3 to 4 tablespoons peanut butter, optional

    3 cups oats, quick or old-fashioned

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Preparation:

    Place chocolate chips, peanut butter (if used), oats, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Combine the margarine, milk, and sugar in a saucepan; bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute. Combine the hot mixture with the oatmeal and chocolate chip mixture; stir well. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.


  2. Chocolate Penut Butter No bake cookies!

    2 cups sugar

    4 tablespoons cocoa

    1 stick butter

    1/2 cup milk

    1 cup peanut butter

    1 tablespoon vanilla

    3 cups oatmeal

    Waxed paper

    In a heavy saucepan bring to a boil, the sugar, cocoa, butter and milk. Let boil for 1 minute then add peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal. On a sheet of waxed paper, drop mixture by the teaspoonfuls, until cooled and hardened.

    If you want you can substitute 1 cup of chocolate chips for the coco powder...

    1/3 cup butter

    1/3 cup peanut butter

    1-1/3 cups white sugar

    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

    2 cups rolled oats

    2/3 cup shredded coconut (optional)

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Place the milk, butter, sugar, peanut butter and cocoa in a medium sized saucepan, and bring to a full rolling boil. Boil for one minute. Remove from heat, and stir in oats. Mix in coconut, if desired. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand until set. Quickies may be refrigerated to speed setting

    INGREDIENTS

    3 ounce(s) semisweet chocolate

    3 tbsp peanut butter

    2 cup(s) crispy rice cereal

    2 (5-inch by 2 1/2-inch each) graham crackers, broken into small pieces

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. In 2-quart microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate and peanut butter mix in microwave oven on High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until melted, stirring once. Add cereal and crackers; stir until coated.

    2. Drop mixture by 1/3 cups onto lined cookie sheet. With fingertips, shape mixture to form rounded mound if necessary. Refrigerate cookies 30 minutes to set. Store cookies in tightly covered container at room temperature

  4. lazy Man's way to "cook" it:    

    spread peanut butter on bread,  sprinkle on some chocolate chips,  eat ! :)
