I need a hair product that will keep my hair straight! :( please help me!!?

Question

need a gel or some mousse, or anything.

i need it to keep my hair soft and shiny, and it needs to keep it pin straight.

i need a specific brand, i straighten itt every morning, but then i step outside, and it gets all wavy, i have nice shiny healthy hair, but it doesnt staay srtraight. i have naturally curly hair, but its increibly curly, and weak against humidity, i live in texxas, and at this time of year, the humidity is high. i have about shoulder legnth hair. dirty blonde.

someone please help me. my first day of school is monday, and i really want it to stayy straight. 10 points to best answer. <3

oh, btw i wash my hair with herbal essences dangerously straight. (every morning)

so if the product could be herbal essences brand, that would be great, but if not that's cool. (:

I read in a magazine to use Dove Frizz Control Taming Cream mixed with (Got 2 Be, i think) Silk Drops Hair Serum. My hair is semi-curly and thick and I straighten it and this stuff works pretty well. I always love my hair when I dry it but then step outside and it gets like big if that makes sense. Anyway, this stuff seems to work better than anything else I&#039;ve tried. I&#039;ve been using it for a week and a half now and the east coast humidity has not yet effected it...hope I helped.

The mag also said if you are out and have a frizz emergency, use body lotion on your hair. ( just not too much!)

the best result i&#039;ve had so far is by drying my hair with remington wet to straight irons! smooth silky long lasting result! takes a bit more time than blow drying but worth the effort.

Before you do anything else to your hair please go to the beauty supply store like sally&#039;s or any other beauty supply store and they will give you the best product for your hair. Listen I wear big hair like Beyonce&#039;s and I always get my hair done by professional hair stylist, you will fill better if you letprofessionalss work with your hair not your friends or listening to people talk about what they use on their hair you may need something different for  your hair that&#039;s why i say go to the beauty supply store or go to a beauty salon they would have the answer you need.

you could use a mask every week or so. It does help. Also you could get a hair striaightner if the one you have isnt working too well maybe you should get a better brand.

you need to get a good flat iron. theres one called babyliss..its the best,,the ceramic flat irons is the only ones that keep hair straight and get some OIL SHEEN at a beauty supply store..

Hey, I had the same problem, but I live in Florida. Use Herbal Essences straight shampoo and conditioner it will keep your hair pin straight or it did for me. :)

You could to the hair dressers and have a straight perm it will last for ages and it means when you go out it won&#039;t frizz up it might be pricey but it is worth it my sis has it done and she say&#039;s it&#039;s like magic :)

personally i swear by tresemme! its salon quality thats affordable.

also my cousin had the same problem as you and she gets this thing done at the hairdressers every summer when its humid where your hair is permanently straightened it works really well for her! good luck

Bedhead control freak is the best I have found, and I am 34 and used about everything there is. You have to use all there is in the line and there are 4 products that I use. But it works great. I have long, thick curly hair. Hope this helps

Hi. I don&#039;t think there is any product that will keep your hair straight. Have you ever thought about just putting mousse and hairspray in it and just loving your curls?

I used to use Herbal Essences Dangerously Straight, too. But it never worked for me.
