Every summer I sit at home on the computer and waste my days away. I get so sick of not doing anything. All I want is a new hobby. I like to work with my hands, if that helps. I'm a guy. Please don't suggest something like a collection, that won't really keep me busy. Could someone suggest a ton of hobbies that I could do over the summer?

  1. well if you have money to spend you might want to try paintballing, or for a more non-fun approach go build models of boats.

  2. Woodworking, Jewelry Making, Golf, Fishing

P.S . Don't waste your time or money on a Cheap pottery wheel ...it will never work. If pottery is an Interest then find a place to take a class first.  I'm  a full time Potter so I know ;)))))

  3. Try clay or pottery. You can buy an inexpensive pottery wheel and make your own art pieces.

You can use your hands to create the shape and size and then after the mold forms and the pot dries, you can paint it.

  4. I recently went shopping for a school reading thing and had 20$ to waste so i bought a R/c airplane. Best freakin 20$ of my life. This thing was completeley indestructable and it was so much fun, untill the tree came... Oh well. I suggest getting a moderately cheap R/C plane or helecopter and learning to fly, and when you get good maybe get a 85$-120$ one. Just keep away from trees. :-)

  5. Hmm... you could try drawing. Maybe you have the talent but never found out you could draw really well. Try drawing and arranging your drawings into a file.

  6. Try some crafts! I know many guys who do knitting and sewing, so it's not a female-only thing!!
