I need a hobby pretty badly

Question

I'm a 18 year old male. I enjoy reading, listening to music, playing basketball for fun, watching movies, and playing my 360. I want a hobby that takes time to get better at and that will make me say to my self " wow, I did that?" it really doesn't matter if it costs a lot.

Knitting. It's time-consuming, but if you're willing, go ahead! (Technically, it's building something, right?)

If you're interested in building something a bit more practical, you should try working with wood. That takes a while to get better at. Pottery is the same way.

Look in your neighborhood for a non-profit organization that'll help you accomplish something that can give you that: "wow i did that?" feeling.  I would suggest Habitat For Humanity or working for a charity.

kit bashing. You can take a 10 dollar transformer and turn it into a 3200 dollar transformer people bid on at www.ebay.com. Jin saotome took a 10 dollar megatron, kit bashed it, and sold it for 200 dollars.

collecting sport autographs, its what i do besides workout and live football and somewhat baseball, but yeah, autograph collecting can be expensive but also very fun, um other hobbys i guess can be collectiong gameused things by athletes..which is also expensive but just collecting and saving things that r gonna be worth alot one day is a fun hobby, except i dont do u to make money, i just do it for the value
