I'd be by myself & don't have copious amounts of money to spend.

  1. f**k the sun, come to Scotland and have a proper good session on the grog with us! If it tempts you more, we can have Sangria under a heat lamp and sing viva  Espinoza, eh ....epangnolia.... estoninica.... spazligia.... Flower Of Scotland!

On second thoughts, go to Italy. Lake Garda, the Dolomite mountains your backdrop. The sunlight twinkling on the gently undulating facets of the beautiful, deep, blue waters. The smell of freshly ground coffee alerts and at the same time comforts your senses. You watch the wonderfully groomed, effortlessly elegant locals passing by, and drift unnoticed behind your sunglasses, into a quiet snooze, only to wake up to the glorious sight of the beautiful sunset and those superb Italian bodies, silhouetted in the foreground..............

No! I was right the first time! I'll get some gas in for the patio heater. Now from which airport should I pick you up, you lucky thing.............?

  2. Greece,Turkey,Cyprus,Italy,Spain.......

summer and sun, needs Islands and beautiful beaches.....

  3. i would say either got to macedonia, serbia, greece + greek islands, cyprus, turkey, armenia, croatia, alabania, bulgaria they are all hot atm :> and all have very nice people, food, places to see, thing to do and you will have sooo much fun and meet some great friendly people :>

  4. Go to Rome, I've been to quite a few places and Rome is my absolute favourite, so much to see, so much to buy!!

  5. Check the ryanair website and see if there are any good deals. Remember to check the return journey, as it may be 'free' one way, and a lot to return.

Maybe look at eastern europe, as your money will go further there and it's something a bit different.

If you just want cheap sun, look at Spain perhaps, or even France.

  6. go cycling all ove Holland. It's flat, and they cater very well to the needs of cyclists. The countryside is beautiful and there are canals and lakes everywhere. It's very green, and although it sounds like a cliche, there really are many windmills all over the countryside. Most people speak at least a little bit of English, so that should not be a problem. Youth hostels are plentiful, so plan a cycling trip by cycling form one part of the country through to another, over a period of a week or so. You;ll end up feeling a sense of achievement.

  7. Barcelona - love it there

  8. Sicily... lovely beaches and if you get bored lots to see.  Plus the food is lovely.

  9. The Algarve

  10. ITALY or GREECE...sounds very nice.  Stay away from FRANCE...they hate English speaking individuals.

  11. Come to sunny Cyprus!! Stay at The Takkas hotel, right in the centre of Agia Napa, so its not too far to the beach, and its close to the shops, clubs, bars and restaurants.

Hotel is fairly basic, but has all you need...and Chris runs a very good snack bar!!

Nice and hot here now, with most days reaching 32-34C.

  12. Southern Turkey, good prices, plenty of fun to be had and today about 38c, what could be better!!!!

  13. Must Be Turkey .

You can get a all inclusive for less than £300 for week this time of year go for it !

  14. IBIZA!!!

It's got something for everyone and I found it very reasonably priced too!

Especially good if you are young and want to party. Maybe consider club 18-30 it's a great way to make new friendz if you are in that age group!

  15. Greek Islands - fairly cheap deals at the moment.

Hot and relaxing and wonderful seas to swim in. Laid back holiday

  16. im off to marmaris so ill let you know what it was like!!! lol but i LOVE tenerife-i would go there every year!!

  17. I'd go with you

  18. Amsterdam! Its cheap and you can always make friends! If not, then Paris or Barcelona.

  19. Go to Bodrum, Turkey.

  20. I would go to Spain. We loved it. Book reservations that include your meals. Some hotels, offer three meals per day or you can opt for breakfast or dinner.

  21. Grasse, France. It is the perfume capital of the world, but it has other things to offer too!

There are beautiful weekend markets, designer shopping and local attractions.

From there I would drive to Venice, Italy. In the winter, maybe not the sun you're looking for but it is breath-taking. I would live in Venice every Winter (if I could). Venice has the best little cafes and shops. It's like one huge maze. The food, shopping, men, music.. the venetian lifestyle is totally unique and totally captivating, The one downside is leaving.

  22. At this time of year, to guarantee the sun, it needs to be Cyprus, Turkey or the Canary Islands.  Anywhere else and it will still be a bit too cool.
