  1. Here's a list of some providers of traditional textbook programs:

    Hope this helps!

  2. Take a look at the American School. Their website is:

    http://www.americanschoolofcorr.com/

They are VERY reasonable and they send you textbooks.

Also, Calvert School is another excellent homeschooling program that sends you books and has a consulting teacher that you send your work to.

  3. abeka.com

    aop.com

  4. Try aop.com     Alpha Omega Publications They have every grade level. It is Christian publication. Very thorough.

  5. Why not just do it yourself? Traditional homeschooling. Why do you need a school?

  6. we use Alpha omega life pack. It costs $50 per subject you order and you get 10 workbooks and a teachers guide for each subject  which covers everything you need for that subject for the year.

  7. I am also using alpha omega press, they have all of the core subjects, but also offer Bible courses, and electives like Home Economics and Art.  You can order each class seperate or order a complete set.  For instance, if you are a seventh grader, but are behind in math you can order your math seperately at a lower grade level.  I love it because you can tailor a curriculum to fit your needs.  I DON"T like some parts of it, like every history book spends about one third of the work on Bible History.  We just did a seventh grade unit on Anthropology and one whole section covered the tower of Bable and the scrambling of language.  We work around this though, by adding our own research on line covering the scientific thoughts on subjects like that.  Good luck, and any questions feel free to email glorianne@hughes.net.

  8. having used alpha-omega, and throughly disliked it, my mom went to used curriculum sales and bought

    A-Beka.

    (it can be kinda pricey)

We liked it much better, and it is really user friendly.  you might find that you are a year behind in the a-beka books, but that is normal.  you can catch up!
