I need a joke/clever comeback?

Okay, the joke/comeback is in this context:

“Shut up Kate,” Jade cooed sweetly. “I think its time for your afternoon anti-b*tch-wh*re pill.”

What the h*ll? That didn’t even make any sense. What kind of comeback was that? “Why don’t you go find a nice broom closet with Kelly and Greg, *ssh*le?” I spat at Jade. There was a collective “oooooh” from everyone within hearing distance, which was most of the cafeteria.

“How dare you! You, you piece of sh*t!” cried Kelly.

“How clever,” I responded with a yawn. “I don’t think I’ve ever heard that one before. Oh, I’ve been dying to try this one out_________"

You get the point? I want it to be very clever, and very insulting. I don't care about language, or dirtyness, just make sure it's mildly appropriate.
