I need a list of 20 things that need to be changed about jury selection....please help..?

People need to take into consideration whether the person is in college full time.  I was called when I was in nursing school and there was no way I could be absent for clinicals.

not the prosecuter or the defense

jury selection should be a blind process without regard to race religion family status age or gender

They need to randomize their list a bit better.  What are the odds of my mom, my sister, and I being chosen for jury duty one week after the other?  

My mom went two weeks ago.  My sister went last week and I'm on jury duty this week. GRRRRRR!!!

The first thing I would recommend is that it be mandatory for employers to pay while somebody is on jury service.  The company should then be compensated for the reasonable expenses of having that employee absent at tax time.
