Have you contacted Actors Theater of Louisville?  If you can get in touch with someone from HR there, they might be able to tell you which agencies they pull from.  

A friend of mine worked in theater management at Actor's for several years and worked her way through the ranks, both acting and stage managing/directing.  It was awesome experience, she got to work the Humana festival each year, and she was doing something she absolutely loved.
