Actually, you don't really need "padrinos" (sponsors) for anything, except maybe the person(s) who are your actual godparents for the Mass, or the couple you choose to accompany you as main sponsors for the Mass. (In other words, your "padrinos de honor")

Nowadays, with quinceañera parties becoming bigger and more commercialized, girls have sponsors for everything, ranging from her dress to invitations to decorations for the banquet, etc.  So, if that's the kind of list you're looking for, I could dig up any invitation I might have received and see what's listed on it!  Let me know!!!
