I have been trying to find a website where I can look at foreclosures, but I don't want to pay $40.. Is there such a thing as a free foreclosure list? If not, do you know of any good, trustworthy lists so I don't waste money? I am looking for something in Adams county, CO or places in Tennessee.

  1. Your best bet is to look at the printed version of your local paper.  They'll be listed in the classified ads.  Also, you can go to your courthouse and ask them, that's your best bet.

  2. Sorry man,

Source of information for foreclosure is mortgage companies itself, Banks, Real Estate and then News paper.

To make money ( or Saving) you need to spend money. #1 rule

  3. You can find a list for nothing more than the cost of your local newspaper. It's in the classified section under legal notices.
