I need a little help with a virus problem?

I recently strayed into a website (a website that told me it was the international badminton federation website) and I got a couple of Java Script viruses. I know little about computers and I am not sure how I could get rid of these viruses. We have Avira installed and the viruses are in the quarantine, but I am not so sure what to do. Does the delete function only mean that the virus is deleted only from the quarantine, or is the virus deleted out of the system permanently?

It says that it contains recognition pattern of JS/Dldr.lframe.BM Java Script virus.

If it's in quarantine, then it's inactive on your system. If you delete from quarantine, it should be removed completely.

if you delete the virus in the QUARANTINE, the virus will be automatically delete from the system permanently but the problem is, if you delete the virus from the quarantine the file will also be deleted. so think and be wise enough for making decisions...

Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE 6 update 7)

Save to desktop.

Do not use Sun Download Manager

Go to Start, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs and remove any old Java programs.

Once they're all out, reboot your computer and install the new Java version.

You dont have to buy a new computer, you can go to a pc shop or best buy ask them to clean ur harddrive it will wipeout everything. So, save everything that you really need like photos, videos, documents ect. on a flash drive, disk, or a floppy disk!!!

It may cost you over $150.
