I need a lot of level 4 gymnastics skills

i have to have all of my level 4 gymnastics skills in 4 practices.all i need that is left is mill circle, front hip circle, roundoff backhandspring, and a lot of strength stuff. i have a chin up bar at home so if you know of and excercises i can do at home that would be great. i also need to be able to do all three splits i am almost down on my good leg straight split,but i need a lot of work on my bad leg straight split and middle splits. i need a flexable back, pike stretch,and straddle stretch. i also need my front handspring off of the end of the trampoline/tumble track.plz help my i only have 4 more practices or i have to go back to pre team!

  1. on ur mill circle try to stay tight and look straight forward the whole time.  front hip circle go fast and hard. roundoff backhandspring get your backhandspring lower down a chesse mat then do it on floor, then do a roundoff backhandspring.  Make sure your roundoff is good.
