Well, first of all, when you draw your eyeliner on the bottom, you should never draw it on the inside like that.  It makes you look like a racoon or a panda, lol.  You should only draw eyeliner on top and at the bottom on the outer corners, NEVER on the inside.  It's a common mistake most young girls make, and I made it too when I was younger.  I think every girl could benefit from the use of false eyelashes.  I saw some guy on TV talking about them and he said it the best, "It's what seperates celebrities from mere mortals!"  lol!  But it's the truest thing ever.  If you worse falsies, you wouldn't have to put that much eye makeup on in the first place.  I like the length of your hair, but parting it like that day after day can be boring.  Maybe deep wave it with a deep waving iron for a fun look, or add in some SUBTLE highlights (don't overdo it or it will come off as cheap).  Mostly, your clothes need the makeover and not really YOU.  You should get away from that sporty plain-colored-tee-shirt look and start buying things more fashionable.  Note for kids in rural and middle-America areas:  Abercrombie and Fitch, the Gap, Old Navy, etc are not fashionable.  lol.  When I lived down south in the country, all the prissy beauty pagent girls wore those brands and thought they were rich and they were the hot S**t because they had those clothes, but if you put them here in the city, they'd just look lost, cheap and plain.  So yeah, go explore your style and try not to be so plain when you shop.

Not much to change. If anything I would say change hairstyle and perhaps haircolor.

You're gorgeous! ni think you'd look great with some light blonde highlights. try putting on less makeup, youre a gorgeous girl asnd you dont need a whole lot. maybe just a little black eyeliner, some mascara and lipgloss and you're good to go =]
