I need a million dollar insurance policy for an event, how much would it cost?

i am renting a faciclity at my local high school. they require a million dollar insurance policy.

could anyone give me a ballpark figure?

  1. it's million dollar policy! so you need to verify with all the least possible details for a good insurance company. you can try with your local insurance companies and can see their benefits. then decide one whicj suits you better.

  2. It depends on the event, check with your parents' homeowners policy to see if they could cover it & if thery could increase the liaiblity to $1,000,000.  If not, you will need an event policy with a commercial insurance carrier & I would think it will fall in the minimum premium of $750.

    Check with your homeowners insurance company (if you have one).  They will do it cheap for you. It is called a special event.    If not, then take her second suggestion.

  4. You don't say what country you are in.Advise you contact at least three seperate insurence companies with your requirement and pick the best!
