I need a moment...please.

Question

ok, this is not a question but at the moment I have no other place to vent...

I was in a hotel last night and around midnight my neighbors decided to beat the heck out of each other. and I mean beat, from the sounds of it. Crashing things and cussing and yelling every name in the book at each other.

I did not bring my fan with me, so I had to listen to them for a bit until I hope they would stop. Don't get mad that I did not want to jump up right away and stop them.. Truthfully this sounded like a mutual fight on both ends.

After about ten minutes of them crashing around their room I heard THE most depressing sound that had me on the floor crying and praying to GOD..

"mama, mama". It was the sound of a little kid.

I do NOT think the two of them were hurting the baby but it was apparent they were beating each other in front of him or her.

I got on the phone and called the front desk and a few moments later the cops came and stopped them. Don't really know what happen after then.

I know this is not a question. I just needed to get it out and have people tell me how discusting they thought this was too.

well i know the kid must be grateful... when i was little it was my step mom doing that kind of stuff to me and no one ever came to my rescue, and yes i think it is sickening

Wow, that's really horrible. I grew up with my parents fighting exactly how you described it, so I can imagine what that baby was going through (or would have gone through is she/he grows up with the same drama).

I just want to say thank you to you for contacting the front desk and leading to that issue to end. You did the best thing possible. Hopefully, those two will come to see the negativity that their fighting is causing.

Also, if you ever need to get something off your chest, I would be more than happy to listen!

omg!!!!!!! that is terrible who would do that infront of their child?!?!? its a good thing that the cops came... you should ask what happened. u heard them fighting and u heard the little kid.

HOW AWFUL!  I wish people would realize what they subject their children to.  My husband and I argue sometimes, but we know where our kids are, and what they are seeing.  I think kids need to understand that marriage isnt perfect, BUT fighting like that is unacceptable!  You did the right thing by calling the front desk.  I hope the baby is safe somewhere tonight!

People who do these things will be judged. Its a terrible thing, but it is only an instant in time... they will pay for it for an eternity.
