Why not take advantage of his color. "Comet" is a cliche, and "rhyn" is a name for a runny nose. How about "Blizzard" or "Whiteout" or "Avalanche"?

Don't change his name horses can remember there name its confusing enough to go from one home to another but to change names you just gonna confuse the little guy if you love like you say you do(which i know you love him because you say you love him)don't change his name if you have to change his name which i urge you not to ivory means white so its a cool name but please don't change his name

What about umm....

Well how about a name that doesn't really have to do with is color or species. Naming a striped cat Tigger, or a black dog Midnight.. So typical.

What about Brady or Charlie or something different.

We had a grey named Templeton (from charlottes web) that we called Tempy for short. Try to think of a really original name, I think if you named him "Whitey" or "Spirit" you would really regret it later. Names have such a big impact on how horses are viewed, if you go too corny or too boring you will give the impression that he is generic. People names are always my favorite for horses, my sister has Ross, Oits and Corey and I have Cody.
