Question:

I need a name for my Knight please! ?

I read a book a while ago, then wrote a book. Because I needed a random name for my Knight character, I "temporarily" borrowed one from the book I read. But I soon forgot that I did this and became accustomed to that character with that name. I need a new name for a Knight: He is brave but sometimes nervous, is a second-in-command, and is completely loyal to his superiors.

The former name was Rodney. I need something medieval-like, something that will flow easy. Or would I be able to keep Rodney, although people will surely notice that I have the same character name?

Help please!

  2. Rodney is not a very famous knight as far as I know.  I don't see why you couldn't use it.  I doubt it is a copywritten name either.  You might want to make sure it is not copywritten if you are planning on publishing the book though.

  3. Sebastian or Nathaniel
