I previously owned a Samsung U3 MP3 player. It was a 1GB flash player, and it was good, however the sound quality wasn't great. I'm looking for a new player. I need the following things:

-Good sound quality

-2GB of storage

-Easy to use

-Supports lots of formats

-Around £50

-Reliable, no problems etc.

-If possible, no cables, just the USB connector, like U3.

Can anyone reccomend a player like that? Thanks in advance.

  1. First generation iPod nano.  You can find it on almost every internet site that sells stuff.  ex. ebay, amazon, kraigslist etc...

  2. I recommend a 2nd Gen 2GB iPod, comes with 1 usb cable (and earphones), brilliant sound quality, 2GB of storage, easy to use, you can upload notes, various formats of files, calendar, really reliable, good battery can be bought on EBAY or AMAZON really cheaply.

    Hope this helps

  3. If you can splash out a little more, I'd recommend a PSP and use it as an MP3 player, (with the added bonus it can play games and movies, as well as browse the internet, and view pictures).

With PSP, you can either connect it via a USB cable, or remove th MemoryStick ProDuo and insert it into a MediaCard Reader.

Edit: I'm not referring to whether the PSP has good games or not in one person's insignificant opinion, I'm merely pointing out it's versatility, incidently the DS  can play MP3's too with the Nintendo MP3 player.

  4. I wouldnt recommend a psp the games releases are tiring not many great titles. Thats a pretty good budget 4 a 2gb player. I would look on advancedmp3players.com they have loads of variations with low prices and great services and all good brand names.
