I need a new Back to school look fast, school starts next week!?

1. I need a new medium/short hairstyle(if you know what i mean) so that i can still wear it in a ponytail for just laying around the house. Please include pictures.

2. I would also like a new look in clothing. Nothing WAY WAY different like punk or goth. Because I am a girly girl who shops at american eagle, aeropostale, hollister, and occasionally old navy. I would still like to have the girly girl theme just a little way. So where should i shop some more?

3. Also this is just some extra details. I am on a budget so nothing pricey!!!!!!!!

Ok well first things first for your hair if it's blonde I'd go with layered but a bang that starts from the left side of your head and goes to the right you might want highlights that aren't too dark and makes your hair look natural. For your clothing A cute solid color tee with a denim vest looks absolutely fabulous and for your bottom a miny skirt makes you look inmature and cute (what guys crave).
