  1. I love photography and scrap booking! You could take pictures of your surroundings, friends & family, the scenery near you house - anything you enjoy or want to remember later!

  2. Try some crafts, for example cross-stitching (either counted or painted)!

  3. How about trying quilting?  It is not that hard to do.  I taught myself through books and shows on TV.  For more information about quilting go to http://www.appliquequiltdesigns.com

  4. I make different types of musical Instuments , canjo's, PVC flutes, karimbas, ect. check out you tube, homemade ,hope it helps

  5. Learn to knit http://www.knittinghelp.com/  The website has lots of videos to teach you in both Continental and English styles so you can choose which one you find easier.  Knitting isn't hard at all.  You can make things for yourself, as gifts, things to sell on the side for a little extra cash and my personal favorite...making baby/preemie items to donate to children's hospitals.

Cross stitching is also a lot of fun and it's extremely easy to learn. http://www.craftdesigns4you.com/learntos... You can find easy free patterns all over the web and buy your materials separately or buy kits.  Start out with something small and then work your way up to something you can be really proud of and hang on your wall... http://photos-a.ak.facebook.com/photos-a... (one of mine)

If you're looking for something you don't have to learn, how about jigsaw puzzles?  They sell 3-D puzzles that are awesome, some that turn out to be working lamps or clocks.  If you prefer regular puzzles they're cheap and one might keep you busy for a few days at least, and some might end up being worthy of mounting on your wall.

  6. i like to sew :) mostly i make weird little creatures but also make my clothes more interesting.

recently i started playing with Fimo (polymer clay), its super fun and highly addictive.

i love to work with beads too

it you go here http://www.youtube.com/user/makemagazine check them out they have alll sorts of projects, some you buy kits for, some you can just make with households stuff.

    sorta depends what your into..

hope that was at least a little helpfull :)

  7. A really good hobby is hooking a rug and there is no lessons required, because you can purchases a kit at a craft shop and it will have everything you need to make a rug. When my grandfather was ill and hospitalize, I needed a hobby while sitting around the hospital and that was my first time hooking a rug.Since you enjoy to draw, I found at a craft store kits for making stain glasses and that's working with paints. I hope this helps.
