I want to do something like artistic as in designing clothes or some type of crafts.

You should build models.  They're a challenge sometimes, but you can be very creative with them.  Or try to find a knitting or quilting club.

Start with making clothes from patterns, then move on to designing.  You could quilt.  I started out quilting patterns. Now I quilt my own designs.

Consider learning to spin wool.  I did it helps with manual dexterity and eyehand coordination.  You can make different kinds of yarn and go from there I also knit, and crochet and am learning how to felt with wool.  Its much more satifsying that making something from the manufactured yarn.

I've gone a step further which might not work for you but I raise sheep and take it from the source and all the way to a wearable garment.
