I'm 14 and a freshman. On the first day of school, I made a HUGE fool of myself. I fell down the stairs onto a football players butt!!! ( yes that did happen in the show "Life With Derrek") but seriously it happened to me!!!!

anyway I now have a reputation for being a klutz . but the good thing is that i don't think anyone saw my face. I've been keeping it hidden under a baseball cap.

I need a new look!

I have this hair style and I want a new one

  1. your hair is fine but your outfit must go!  It doesn't show off any if your features.  You want an outfit that says, I'm curvy world, love it!

  2. try H&M not sure how the fit is for the women, but I can definitly say every girl walking in some of those outfits, catch my eye.. more original then A&F and Hollister

  3. Girl, I fell too. The first day we dressed for P.E. all the freshmen had to run around the outdoor basketball courts. The sophomores and juniors were playing around on the courts we were running around. So I tripped and fell and tore a hole in my sweats and my knee was bleeding. To make matters worse, we all had to sit on the bleachers and since we sat in name order I had to sit on the very bottom/front row. The other kids walked by like hey that's the girl that bit it!!!! OMG!!!!!!

But, as far as new clothes go, you should figure out what kind of style you want. Do you want to be sporty, trendy, classy, or a mixture of everything? The magazine "Lucky" has a lot of trendy idea's that are inexpensive. Also, when you choose a new hair style think about how much time you have or want to put into getting ready in the morning.

So when thinking of your whole new look, think about how much time you want to take to get ready in the AM, because right now you seem to dress very basic and if you want to keep it simple but change it up a little, then maybe get rid of the caps.

Ok I just saw you said you are curvy. I don't know where you live, but the dresses that are in style now hide a lot, which is good on a bad day. Also, the shirts that have the seam just under the b*****s (empire wasteline) are not so tight fitting and can make you feel less self concious. There are inexpensive stores like forever21 that sometimes have bigger sizes, and if you google plus size stores in your area you may find some good ones.

I hope this helps!!! And don't worry about the falling thing. It wont be remembered after a while.

    And as for cloths

JEANS=consider some jeans like bootcut, but they have to fit good so it will even you out, and be in a dark wash (its slimming) if you have curves.

SHIRTS=try out babydolls tops, with good necklines, not super revealing though, and in flattering colors, like navy blue, pink, dark green, ect.ect.ect.

  7. Okay, by shapely, do you mean hour-glass, big b***s, or big hips?  Curves are very different for people.  Anyway, those items look comfy, but I would try wearing more fitted clothing.  For you, the trouser jean might be the best option, because they skim over curves; skinnies are not for you, because they'll make your legs look like sausages.  For example, this jean would be great for the shape, and the fact that they are dark:

Unless you have big b***s, it's better to keep patterns up top.  Solids are great too.  Try shirts that give a little shape, and ones with interesting patterns, like these:

Just make sure you buy items that are fitted, yet are flexible enough to be comfortable.  No frump, but no muffin top, either.  As for your hair, keep it held back with cute pins or headbands.
