I need a new tofu recipe?

I need a new recipe with tofu. I love working with it and it's so cheap! I have already had tofu mozzarella sticks and tofu Sloppy Joe's (To die for!). Got anymore good tofu ideas for me?

I had tofurkey (Tofu Turkey) one time and it wouldn't stop jiggling (with no outside intervention.) That S**t isn't even fit for murderers, rapists and child molesters. Now why would you eat it (again)?
