I need a open water swimming trainer i have a VERY low budget as i am attempting the swim for charity ne ideas

i attempting to swim the english channel in order to raise money for charity, i am 16 so money may be an issue, so any ideas or any information at all about swimming the channel would be greatly appreciated =] thnx

i think you need to talk to a swimming coach soon (a proper one will give up advice for free) - just have a look at yellow pages or similar

16? you may be a little young, but speak to a few people first

I'm sure you'll be able to get lessons at a local swimming pool; they may cost a fair amount, but I'm sure that's nothing you or your parents can't handle. Besides you could easily pay it back with some charity money? I'm sure you'd get more than enough!
