I think you're looking for a phone feature called "simultaneous ring"....!

I use this feature, so I never have to forward the phone when I leave the house....!

you can set the phone to ring, your house, your cell....your job....so wherever you are, just pick it up and answer no matter where you are....! I have it programed for 4 different phone numbers ( different places)

You get several phone numbers and give out the first one and set it up so calls roll to the others.  This can be done with a box in the office or as a service by the phone company.  I think it is called a PBX, but the process is called Call Rollover.

The service you are talking about is SINGLE NUMBER REACH or ONE NUMBER REACH, where in you can program on the system in such a way that when a caller dials you at any particular time it rings on a particular phone you are avilable

for eg , you lets have number as 416-555-9999

and you can programme it in such a way that when some one dials this number between 5pm to 8am it rings on your home phone and from 8-12noon rings your office phone and 12-1pm your cell phone and 1-5pm office phone .

all you got to have is this feature available and programme it thru computer.
