I need a place for my work christmas dinner!?

I have to find a new restaurant for my works christmas dinner and need some helpful suggestions.

We work in Canary Wharf - there are 9 of us, we want a cheap place for dinner (less than £25 per head). One of us is vegetarian. We have to eat at 5 becasue two of us have to go home for kiddies, so the meal will be no more than 90 minutes. We'd like 3 courses. Also we dont want to go too far from here as we need to stay near a mainline station if possible (so waterloo/london bridge/tower hill etc are all ok but no futher west or north)

Not hugely fussy are we??

Anyways - we had booked in farringdon but they called me to cancel, i have surgery tomorrow and so dont have time in the next week to look round.

Does anyone have any cheap and handy suggestions?

I don't live in London, so don't know where things are, but try chains like Chiquitos (I only know the one in Leicester square), Frankie and Bennies, Pizza Hut, Weatherspoons/ Lloyd's Bar. They will all be cheaper than independent restaurants. If not try a hotel restaurant. They seem to have good Christmas deals. I'd do it sooner rather than later though, they'll be booking up fast.

If you're near Greenwich there are some nice places round there you wouldn't need to book or Blackheath village, both have stations.  Have a nice time!
