I need a place to host a Sweet 16 party in Sacramento on April 19th!?

Last minute suprise party - need to seat & feed aproximately 20 people for about $500; somewhere with a room available that won't mind a dozen teenage girls, clean, won't mind some balloons etc. and is close to Consumnes River College. PLEASE HELP!

why dont you ask your church? do you go to church or try ummm god fathers pizza. its a nice good size place for a party. its somewhere i think off of marconi or in the north area. its the one where they offer buffet. but i think your church would be a good place. they got seats and its open .

What about BJ's in Elk Grove?  It's a fun atmosphere, and it's pretty loud so the teenage girls should blend in.  They have a great "special events" menu- Pizza, Salad and soda for about $12 per person.

Try the local community center.  Get the supplies at the dollar store and get a great cake from Freeport.  Buy trays of sandwiches and dips and chips.

  I heard Hooters is a fun place.  I know it sounds weird but they have fun with birthday parties.
