It's just one block from Banawe (near Cordillera) and is just walking distance from there as well as from the Sto. Domingo Church, even Welcome Rotonda.

The place is managed by a religious congregation named the Religious of Mary Immaculate.  They are not strict though and are very kind and accommodating.

The house itself is very pretty (it's actually a very grand mansion converted into a dorm), with a homey feel to it.  It's also well-maintained and quiet.

Among its "dormers" are students, young professionals and reviewees.

Espana has a lot of dorms and boarding houses. I suggest you take a day to check out the beds and facilities.

The big ones are in Dapitan UST, try out Tita's Dormitory or Pampanga's Best Dormitory along asturias or v concepcion. They have good clean facilties for students and transients. Its one jeepney ride from quezon ave cor banaue.
