  1. Not sure what the first one is, I'm intrigued. The second looks like an asian pear, not an apple. Those spots are normal on asian pear, not due to fungal infection, enjoy!  The third is a Quava, can't tell what variety until it fruits, but for sure Quava. The peeling bark is normal and part of the attraction of quava trees, very pretty really.  Bye the way, the first is NOT a Mango or Avocado.

  2. That first tree looks like an immature mango of some sort.   I am not sure, though.  The shiny leaves indicate a tropical fruit of some kind.

The apples look like they have brown spot on them, a fungus

    .

No idea what that last tree is, but the peeling bark is unique.

I would take these photos and mail them to your local county extension office in Sacramento.  Your state university should have one.  The service and advice is free.  I work for the extension office in AZ.

  3. Ummmm ...where do you live?

Even an expert likes to know if it's possible that you are growing tropical or non-tropical stuff.

    *************

Whatever tree numbre 2 was, it's dead now, and the park is falling off the corpse.
