so you'll get one.. take a gamble... who isn't registered (if it's corgi stuff. u need a proper registered engineer)...

and maybe they'll make a pigs ear of the work.. and sod off.. then u'll have to hire someone in proper to also fix their f*** up..

the decent ones have been snapped up by plumbing firms..

but up to you.. my friend had that idea with a plasterer and it cost him a heap more in the end..
