I need a practical way to gain lots of weight on a partial raw diet?

My metabolism is SO high. I lose weight if I don't binge on carbs and sweets and meat, etc. But I don't feel good then!

I only feel healthy on a raw diet, but I'm not getting enough calories! Just all these great vitamins. But I feel so skinny.

Any practical and easy ways to gain weight?

  1. Eat a high calorie diet.  Just need to watch your cholesterol because you can be very skinny with a reading over 300.  


  2. Have your raw vegetables whit a dressing made with cold pressed oils.eat a lot of nuts and peanut butter. Peanut butter in celery is a very tasty snack.

  3. dip everything in natural peanut butter!

  4. Eat lots of raw nuts, raw seeds and raw seed butters.  Also, can you eat cold pressed oils?  Put them on everything.

    lots of people would kill to have great metabolism xD

    but how thin or thick you are is not necessarily a reflection of how healthy you are.

    Just eat a healthy diet! Make sure you get enough protein, maybe have bread sometime during the day (that's a carb)

    All i can say is follow the guidelines to a healthy diet. And before you try anything different, you may want to have a chat with your doctor.

  9. Eat foods that are fatty and contain a lot of calories like avocados, nuts, seeds, olive oil, etc.
