I have been looking for a private swimming instructor ( preferably female) who has flexible time and can teach lessons after office hours (7:00 pm). I've found aplenty of swimming instructors but most of them are in PJ area and would not want to come to KL at rush hour time. A swimming class with a small group of people is also fine with me but unfortunately I cannot go to a distance further than KL area because I don't have transport and I believe it's not safe for a lady (me) to travel at nighttime. I'm really interested in learning how to swim for fitness and safety reasons. I would deeply appreciate if you could recommend me a place nearest to my condo (Bistari Condominium- off Jalan Putra, near PWTC) or somebody doing freelance teaching who can come to my place to teach..I am hoping for good answers soon..thanks alot..

  1. do you have a local gym or fitness center with a pool? ask there.

  2. Getting a coach or a place to learn the essential skills of water survival should be no problem in a First or Second world country. If you are really passionate or determined decide how fast you wish to learn them. For the busy and fit person who has no history of water phobia,  there are special  programs for 4 sessions or even a full-weekend one totalling 6 hrs.  Thats the beauty of a private, tailored programme.  Or if you want to take it easy take the  normal 3 months, 12 session class. Cheers!!
