I need a program for recording streaming videos online?

I'm searching a program to record streaming videos online. I used Orbit but it doesn't work to me. Do you know any program?

You either use a screen recorder, which pretty much captures what is playing on the screen, or use software to actually download the video from the server.

Camtasia Studio is a pretty good screen recorder, but I have found it and pretty much all screen recorders to have the jerky playback, (which is very annoying). WM Recorder actually downloads the videos and they look great. This I use for YouTube, but it does not work on a lot of sites.
