I need a programe that will make video transsacions so i cam put at the start of my youtube vids?

You mean Transitions. Windows movie maker is pretty sweet and simple to use. You can create a nifty intro and if your have other clips you can attach them with transitions then save your file to WMV then upload it to Youtube.

Best thing is it is free with windows XP.

windows movie maker for pc can do everything you want, except make .avi files, but I'm pretty sure youtube will upload.wmv files whic WMM exports
