I need a projector for 250-350 dollars?

Question

I want to buy a projector for 250-350 dollars, and install it in my room. I don't need portability, or even speakers, because I am installing it in my room and hooking it up to my own external speakers. I'm not afraid to buy refurb'ed. Thanks for the suggestions

for that price you can obtain a very low resolution and/or a very used one on ebay probably. better get at least $500 more and buy it new.

If your budget will allow $500, then go for the S5 Powerlite. I wouldn't suggest getting projectors off of ebay, the bulbs are very fragile and an inexperienced shipping job can blow or damage the bulb, setting you back a couple hundred bucks. Also used projectors that are out of production will cost alot ($300+) when replacing a blown out bulb.

Again, The powerlite S5 is the best budget projector out there!
