I need a quick, efficient way to be expelled but no police involvement?

I'm not sure about quick and efficient. You would likely put yourself, the other students, the staff, and your parents through a lot of grief before you would finally get kicked out. But you can be disruptive without breaking the law. Look in your school rulebook, and you can find all sorts of ways of breaking the rules which don't actually violate the law. It's been a long time since I was in high school, but constantly talking in class, disrespecting the teachers, wearing green dye in your hair, and repeatedly giving the principal the finger will get you thrown out eventually, and they can't arrest you just for that. Just don't get into any fights, steal, carry weapons or drugs, or threaten anybody.

But perhaps a better way would be to convince your parents to send you to a different school?
