I need a real estate tutor in AZ to pass my state exam!?

I have taken the AZ real estate exam 4 times and missed the az portion by 1 and the general by 2... I have tried all the test taking advise with no luck! and every time I take the exam the part that I don't do well on, I try and study some more then the next time I don't do well on another portion. I have tried on line help; real estate test on a CD. Maybe, I need a tutor? Any body have any thoughts? I would like some advise from someone who has taken the test.

I've taken the test in NY & Florida.  The best option that I would look into is a local Community College and take a cram course.  Speak to an instructor.
