dance parties are usually the best. have a retro look and get a dj. but that works well when she invites a lot of people!

oh and also, people get prices for best dancers, but if you think that is cheesy, just keep the whole dancing thing and have like a pool party or something haha. im 13 and for my friends birthday, they do that. but the dance and pool party, that is pretty cool haha. oh! and get limos to pick them up if you cn. i did that once. it was great!

I have the best one for you.

Make it a spa party. Get pedicures, get ur hair done, and get those wax things where you stick your feet and hands in wax and it melts and then you take it off and it feels AWESOME

have a beautician who is in college come down and give u pedicures and stuff (its much cheaper) have fancy drinks in martini glasses, just cute stuff like that. the gift bags can be like nail stuff and everything.

have a &#039;celebrity&#039; party where your friend can dress up real fancy and then go for a ride in a limo and after turn the music up and just dance for a while like in a club. And you don&#039;t need a DJ just make a mixed CD of all you fave songs and songs you know everyone likes and play that.

If it a smaller party all the girls could go to a salon to get a pedicure or manicure. Or if it is a bit larger and are having it at home all the girls could give each other facials and paint nails. They have one use packs of face masks etc.

don&#039;t overdo it. they are 13, i know that when i was 13 (which wasn&#039;t too long ago) i only wanted to hang out with my friends have a lot of sugar, talk, and make our own fun. I had an amazing party and it was simply a sleepover. As a party favour we gave out pajama pants. we did our own thing. we played guitar hero and just got wild it was fun. if your willing to have some girls over for the night, do that. it was a lot of fun!

Go do a scavenger hunt at the mall you don&#039;t have to buy the things just make a list like a certain CD and a dress that ever body tries on and a pair of heels and take a picture of every thing they get and have them take like a picture in a photo booth but supply them with the money and make 2 teams and don&#039;t give them a map because that will make it easy for them and see who gets to the goal first

pool parties ALWAYS works! every1 has them and they&#039;re so much fun! you don&#039;t need to spend a lot of money and you can soak up the sun!
