If you are in Greensboro, the answer is easy:  Costco sells Sealy mattresses, and no one can touch their prices.  If you are a member (or know a member), you don't need to look anywhere else.  If you are not a member, it is probably worth joining just for this purchase.  Or, consider getting a one day "guest pass."  I think you have to pay an extra 5 percent with the guest pass, but it will still be cheaper than just about anywhere else.

In addition to low prices, Costco has a _great_ return policy. I just checked on the Web for the location nearest you, and it is the one below.  (There is also another Costco at Winston-Salem.):
