But not just any recipe that I could Google myself. I am looking for an authentic Gujurati recipe of this, I had it once from a lady I worked with and I have never been able to replicate it and I purchased on two seperate occasions different masala mixtures and they don't taste the same. She once brought my in the box top of the masala that her mother uses, and the rest was onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes and some coriander leaves. I wish I knew the name of the masala, it was so nice and not at all harsh like the 2 that I purchased.
